A customer needed an egress window installed because she had water leaking into her basement. So our team installed an egress window. The customer called us because after purchasing her house last fall, there was a little water in the crawl space. But after the recent deluge of summer rain, her crawl space had EIGHT INCHES of water in it. Any amount of water is inconvenient, but that much? What a nightmare!

To take care of the flooding, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump along with yards of crosstile to make sure all of the water diverted to the pump and drainage system. She's also ready for the winter with IceGuard and LawnScape outlets attached to the discharge line and vent covers on the crawl space vents.

The new sump pump and discharge will take care of any water in the crawl space, and to cover all the bases, we installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to eliminate the ambient moisture.
