Before the rep, Keith Bond, arrived, I had received an introductory packet with his bio and photograph as well as literature explaining the various processes the company uses, so I was prepared when the rep arrived to discuss my nees. After reviewing the packet and speaking with him, I had no doubts htis was the company to use. They wre very well organized and professional. The installation crew definitely "wowed" me.
