Job review from Cheryl And Ken in Westphalia, MI 48894 on 11/16/20

Sorry I am tardy with this review! I am still getting everything back in order in the basement. :) 

An incredible team!!- the name we have given to our installation crew! Devin, 'Nico", and Aaron are the hardest working, polite workers we have ever had at our home of 47 years. Not only are they knowledgeable about all aspects of the job but they do it with smiles on their faces--- incredible!

They started by calling to tell us they would be here in 40 mins-- they were! As each phase of the project was completed, they brought us in to explain what they had done, and what they were doing next.

Next, they let us know the start time next day.The next day they called to say they were leaving the shop-- 30 minute ETA and AGAIN yes, they were there when they said--Incredible!

Jack hammering, carrying debris out by 5 gallon buckets--incredible!

We haven't heard our system running yet but even with all the rain we have had since the installation there is no longer moisture anywhere in the basement.

We have recommended Ayers and their stellar employees: Devin,'Nico", and Aaron to everyone!
