With the help of our NexusPro joint sealer and Polylevel foam injection, we were able to restore the driveway and lift and level it back to new, along with sealing all previous cracks so no more water could enter.

The crawl space in East Jordan, MI was starting to crumble, with visible signs of sagging and uneven floors. Unable to support itself any longer, Ayers stepped in and installed SmartJacks to provide a permanent solution. This ensured the stability of the crawl space and foundation, and restored the floors to a level position.

Greg has a secondary cabin in Paradise, MI that was built 25 years ago. He uses the cabin for fishing and enjoying nature. Additionally, we encapsulated the crawl space and kept the smart jacks and supplemental beams in place to stabilize the floor.

Dirt floor crawl spaces allow moisture to pass through easily, so unless the barrier protecting the crawl space is impenetrable, mold will always be a threat. CleanSpace is an inorganic plastic barrier that won’t allow mold to grow, nor will it be penetrated by mold’s best friends: water vapor and humidity.
