David needed his concrete leveled because it was uneven and sloping towards the foundation of his house. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Water in the home can be caused by many reasons. Many treatments stop the water at its source but oftentimes high water yields are unavoidable based on the home's location or repair budget. Luckily Ayers offers a draining system called WaterGuard that helps control the flow of water around the home and prevents damage permanently.
WaterGuard systems are placed underneath the home's foundational floor and channels water that the sump pump can not control out and away from the home.
During heavy rainfall, Beltran noticed water pooling in his finished basement. Immediately contacting Ayers after not being able to find the source of the flooding, our foreman Randy inspected the area and realized the home's drainage system was being overworked. The location of the home makes heavy water yields inevitable.
Randy and his team decided to fit the home with a draining system that would be installed underneath the home's finished basement flooring. The system used is called a WaterGuard and consists of channels installed into the foundational floor. The channels direct the water away from the home, never giving it chance to reach the surface. The basement flooring is placed on top of the system, making it invisible as well as reliable.
Rob wanted to have Egress Windows installed to replace his small windows in the basement. He called up Ayers to go ahead with the installation.
Egress Windows are larger, allowing for more fresh air to circulate the basement and they make the space more inviting. More natural light will fill the room and will give your basement that finished look you may desire. Egress Windows even provide a safe exit option in the event an emergency occurs and you need an easy way out.
Rob is glad he chose Egress Windows as they make his basement space more inviting!
Paul noticed the sag in his uneven sidewalk was growing and deepening. He didn't want anyone to get hurt by the obstacle, so he researched his options and called Ayers to learn about our concrete solutions. Our team of experts visited his home to assess the issue and recommended a PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is an advanced system of mud-jacking where polymer foam is injected into voids beneath the slabs and then expands to raise the concrete. After a brief drying period, the concrete will be stable enough to walk and drive on. Paul feels much safer!
