Kathy had a crawl space with a dirt floor. She was hoping to make the space look neater, cleaner, and warmer. We were able to add TerraBlock insulation on the ground and SilverGlo insulation on the block walls to help reflect heat back into the home and our CleanSpace material provides a long-lasting and durable mositure barrier that is resistant to mold and mildew. Spray foam in the rim joists helps to seal any other cracks that may exist to keep unwanted cold air and moisture out. This crawl space is much brighter and more inviting now and the floors above should be noticeably warmer.

Charles called us about his basement wall. Large horizontal cracks could be seen running from one end of the wall to another, a sure sign of a wall that was beginning to bow. If left alone, Charles' yard would eventually be relocated in his basement. Fortunately, we had a permanent fix for Charles. The answer was in a GeoLock Wall Anchor System. Large steel GeoLock earth anchors are placed in the ground away from the home and are connected to wall anchor plates on the inside along the bowing wall using long steel rods. These anchors hold the wall in place and keep it from bowing any further. Another unique feature of these wall anchors is that they have a tightening system included that allows the walls condition to improve over time. Charles will no longer have to worry about a basement full of dirt. A quick easy installation was the difference between between worry and confidence.

The homeowners were noticing water getting into their basement during the winter months when the snow melted and when it rained.  The water was leaking down the walls and seeping through the floor causing water damage in the area. The homeowners were tired of all the moisture being captured in their basement and causing damage.

Our professional team installed WaterGuard drainage system to combat the pesky water.  The WaterGuard drainage system goes along the interior perimeter of the home sitting on top of the footing. The system sits on top of the footing, away from any mud, so it doesn't get clogged. WaterGuard captures the wall and floor seepage and drains it to the sump pump, which effectively removes the water from the home.  The system is then covered with concrete to give your basement a clean and dry look! Have you ever been walking on an old sidewalk that has all sorts of unlevel slabs and cracks everywhere? Well, that's the same story for this homeowner's garage. It has huge unsafe cracks that he wants to fix. So we drove to his home to install our advanced PolyLevel technology.

PolyLevel is a polymer-based injection foam that we blast into the concrete through very small holes. This injection foam raises the concrete to be level again while also making it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.

Gloria and Jeff had a small egress window that made their basement feel dark, cold, and uninviting. Not to mention, it was letting in a small stream of water. No matter the amount, over time water causes damage. They called our team and we came out and installed a new egress window and window well. Now the space is bright and airy and there aren’t any leaks coming from the egress window.
