Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Aaron's basement was in trouble due to the water intrusion during heavy rains. He trusted Ayers for the job, so he gave us a call for our professional recommendations. Our System Design Specialists recommended our WaterGuard System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The WaterGuard will act as a drain that collects water seeping in through the walls. We install the drainage system in the subfloor and around the perimeter of the basement. This system will be concealed with concrete so it'll blend with the rest of the space when it dries. TripleSafe is a three-pump system fitting in one trusty liner that will keep the water off Aaron's belongings. Now he won't have to stress about these troublesome leaks popping up randomly anymore!

Kareen and her son want to get her home in tip top shape so if they need to sell in the next couple years, all the issues are taken care of. There has been water coming into her partially finished basement where the walls and floors meet as well as from the wall itself. There were cracks outside of the home on the foundation wall and some inside where the water was leaking through. We used PowerBraces to keeps the cracks from getting larger and to help return the wall to the original position. We then installed the WaterGuard Below Floor Drain to collect any water that seeps in and sends it to the sump pump that Kareen already had in her basement so the water could be discharged outside the home. 

After learning that mold was affecting her health, Melissa decided to take action. Her 1955 home’s crawlspace, filled with moisture, mildew, and mold, had been a constant worry. She called Ayers to encapsulate the space, remove debris, and replace the old exterior door with a new air-lock door. To further improve air quality, a SaniDry dehumidifier was installed. Now, Melissa can breathe easier knowing her crawlspace is clean, dry, and safe, giving her the peace of mind she deserves.

WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that collects the water leaking through the wall. We place this drain along the perimeter of the basement and pour concrete over the top to conceal it. Next, we hooked the WaterGuard to TripleSafe to eradicate the water. TripleSafe is a three-pump system that fits in one durable liner. Mercedes was relieved and impressed with the professional solutions provided to her!

Daniel was having issues with his egress window as water was getting into his basement during heavy rains. He decided to contact Ayers and look for solutions to his home problems. A System Design Specialist with Ayers determined that the window lid and well were not waterproofed, thus allowing water into the basement. The team at Ayers suggested installing a new window cover and lid. 

Daniel opted to have the Rockwell Egress Window Cover installed, which will provide a much better seal to the house and stop water from leaking into the window well. Additionally, a Rockwell Escape lid was installed, which made the window look better and provided a waterproof seal! After everything was said and done with Daniel's home, he no longer needed to worry about water leaking into his basement!
