Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Shaun wanted to permanently eliminate water leaks and moisture build-up in his crawl space. He decided to explore his options with our team at Ayers Basement Systems, and an inspection was conducted. The team concluded from the review that water was leaking through the foundation, and CleanSpace would stop it! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a vapor barrier when the space is encapsulated. After installing the system, water will now ruin behind the liner and to the sump pump eliminating high levels of moisture and water buildup!

Dan W. has a patio they use for entertaining guests but unfortunately their deck was beginning to sink. It sunk about 3 inches so the family caught the issue early. We used Polylevel to raise their patio. Polylevel requires less holes, has a quick cure time, and the material is waterproof. Dan didn’t have to worry about his daily life being disrupted or that the material will wash out from underneath the slab in the future.

The large crack in the before photo occurred because the groundwater had been pushing its way through the seams of the wall. As you can see, the water had resulted in a lot of damage around the seam like water stains and widening the crack. The after photo shows our solution, the FlexiSpan crack repair system. It’s a two-layer sealant that both plugs the crack and creates a drainage route for leaking water.  Underneath the white panel in the after photo, polyurethane was used to seal the seam. Any water that pushes through the sealant will be directed down the wall into a drainage well at the foot of the wall. The FlexiSpan will stop water from coming entering this basement again.

A customer from Dewitt needed help with their small porch that became unlevel due to poor foundation soil.
