A wall in Michelle’s basement was bowing, so she called our team for help. Power Brace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place was installed by our team. The home pictured was experiencing sloping floors. When the owner decided to call Ayers our foreman Blade was able to treat the problem with a noninvasive and permanent solution. The product used is called a SmartJack. Placed at strategic points, the SmartJacks are anchored into the ground of the foundation with poured concrete. The tops are fixed to the ceiling support with load-bearing joints. The apparatus is tightened till constant support reenforces the rim joist.

Courtney has had water issues in her basement for the past year she has been in her home. Water was coming in where the wall meets the floor but also seeped in through the cinder block wall. The water that enters the basement pools in the middle of the room but there is no sump pump. We installed the WaterGuard system to keep the water out of the basement. The system is made up of a French drain that is installed under the floor but above the foundation so it won't clog. It collects water that seeps into the basement and sends it to the sump pump to get discharged. We also installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide her with three levels of protection to her basement. It makes sure that water is getting expelled out of the home even in the event of a power outage or a pump malfunctioning.
