Foundation Repair Photo Album: FlexiSpan Seals Hastings, MI Wall Cracks
The customer called with leaking wall cracks. The basement had one wall that was only half underground and that wall had a few vertical cracks that leaked when it rained. They did not want to waterproof the entire basement, but we were able to seal the cracks with the FlexiSpan system. FlexiSpan is flexible, so it can shift with the crack while keeping it sealed. There is also a drainage grate installed at the base of the cracks to accommodate the leak.
