Each time it rained, Melinda would notice water coming through her basement walls. Overtime, this water began to damage her foundation and her basement system was having a hard time keeping up draining the water entering her home. Once our System Design Specialist arrived onsite, we provided her with a customized solution to restore her wet basement and get her home's brick foundation stabilized again.

Visible Settling of Home's Foundation

Melinda's home has clear visible damage to the foundation by looking at the way the brick foundation has begun to sink and pull away from the home's siding.

Helical Piers Strengthens Home's Foundation

Helical Piers were added to the outside perimeter of the home to help raise the foundation back to it's original level. The piers are installed deep into the soil and serve as a strong anchor while taking on the extra weight of the foundation to stabilize it and keep it at the appropriate levels.

SmartJacks Raise Up Home Through Crawlspace

SmartJacks were installed to help relieve the load of the sagging beam and floor joists in the crawlspace. The SmartJack serves as a support system for Melinda's home to raise it back up to its appropriate height and level.

WaterGuard Installed as a Channel for Unwanted Water

We installed our WaterGuard system to help move unwanted basement water through a channel that directs the water through pipes into the sump pump. The rocks help serve as a way to ensure water is flowing evening and not getting clogged.
