As seen above, moisture was collecting in Denice's crawl space, and the insulation on the walls wasn't doing its job!
Implementing Drainage Matting
Before implementing the CleanSpace system, Denice opted to have drainage matting installed. Drainage matting sits between the crawl space floor and the CleanSpace liner to create paths for water to flow. Any water leaking into the space will be funneled directly to the sump pump instead of sitting in place!
Finalizing the CleanSpace System
Our crew could finish the job once the drainage matting was in place! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a moisture barrier to stop any water. Denice was thrilled with the final turnout of the job!
