Elliot W.'s crawl space did not have significant moisture or water problems but it did have vermin. Rodents had made their way into his crawl space and bring with them disease and destruction. He wanted the crawl space cleaned and encapsulated as soon as possible to prevent further damage. Access to the crawl space was in the basement and Elliot feared that the rodents would spread. We encapsulated his crawl space using an inorganic plastic liner called CleanSpace, insulated the floors and added a SaniDry dehumidifier to control humidity in the space.

We insulated Elliot's crawl space walls with rigid, high-performance foam called SilverGlo. It stops air leaks and can't absorb or be destroyed by water.

Dehumidifier in the crawl space keeps moisture to a minimum

Elliot went one step further and added a SaniDry dehumidifer to his crawl space to ensure that humidity is kept at an optimal level to prevent mold growth and keep the space dry.
