Dave has a crawl space beneath his home that he is concerned about the support of. It is being supported by stacks of cinder blocks. The wood frame of his crawl space is also damaged, which we dtermined had to be from oisture. This means dav's crawl space is compromised and could get worse if we don't act. To solve his foundation issues our team installed SmartJacks and Supplemental steel beams, The SmartJacks are are steel and can hold up tp 60,000 lbs each. They are installed by digging into the ground and placing their base in the hole, the they are connected to the beams of the home. Since the wood beams were damaged, we replaced them with steel beams that are going to last longer since they're paired with the SmartJacks.

The crawl space is being supported by a stack of cinder blocks. This puts the space at a risk of collapsing if the blocks slipped, compromising the whole home.
