Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Wet Basement Repaired in Grand Rapids, MI

Our customer from Grand Rapids, MI owns an old building with a small basement. Cracks in the basement walls were letting water into the basement and creating great concern for this customer. The basement had become a damp swamp underneath the building and she had had enough by the time she called us. To solve her problems, we installed some of our patented waterproofing products. We installed a SuperSump premier sump pump system to keep standing water out of the basement. We also installed our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to keep dirt, water, and moisture out of the small basement. Finally, we installed our SaniDry CX compact dehumidifier to rid the basement of any standing moisture.

The other side of the basement was covered with this plastic sheeting in attempt to keep the moisture out of the basement. Clearly, this was not working.
