CleanSpace Encapsulates Crawl Space in Idlewild, MI, with Faulty Store-Bought Tarp

Donna attempted to fix her crawl space moisture issues by herself with a tarp she bought from the store. She quickly realized this tarp would not hold up well in the long run.
