Front Sidewalk Inspection
The cracks in the cement had become quite noticeable, as seen above. Over time, the cement had settled, causing the sidewalk to become unlevel and create significant gaps.
Business Parking Lot Inspection
In the back area of the business, the sidewalk was in even worse condition. Large cracks had formed, and the cement dropped, as seen next to the foundation. Additionally, erosion will further damage the cement as the water drains off the building and onto the cement.
Leveling the Front Sidewalk
Once Scott gave the go-ahead for PolyLevel, the installation crew got to work! PolyLevel uses a unique foam inserted below the cement through tiny holes. The foam expands under heat, allowing the installation crew to get a perfect level and thus permanently stabilizing the sidewalk!
Finishing The Job
Scott opted to replace the cement in the back portion of his business. The team at Ayers poured the concrete level with the foundation removing the tripping hazards! Scott was thrilled with Ayers's work, as it looked fantastic!
