Concrete Leveling - Another Unlevel Slab

This might not look like much at first but we see it all the time. The little cracks that don't like much harm happen to trip the most people because nobody is really that alert to a slight crack in the ground. But this still needs PolyLevel to be leveled out with the rest of the concrete.
