We had a basement waterproofing system installed Dec. 2 & 3, 2014. The crew was great. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was not home when the work was done (my boyfriend was) so when the location of the discharge changed, the crew leader was willing to speak to me on the phone to explain everything to me. He also answered every question that came up during the process, came back after hours to pick up our paperwork when I was able to be home, and dealt with our horrible neighbor.
