Water Entry Point Outside of House
This clear gap between the driveway and foundation is an entry point for water during heavy rains.
Window Increases Likelihood of Flooding
Standard basement windows are a treasure trove of leak sources, and one clogged with leaves is even worse. When the water gets trapped, it'll follow the path of least resistance. In this case, that's in through the walls.

Floor Removal in Preparation for WaterGuard Installation
Since the WaterGuard system is installed below the floor, we need to remove a portion of the perimeter of the concrete.
WaterGuard Inspection Ports Allow Easy Maintenance
Once the WaterGuard is installed, we pour new concrete to restore the floor. Inspection ports are installed intermittently in the track to allow for easy access to the track for maintenance.
WaterGuard Installation Completed
Now that the WaterGuard is installed and the basement will be kept dry, the mold cleanup can begin without fear of recurrence.
