Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Helping a Prior Customer Finish Their Basement Flooring in East Lansing, MI

This fall, we got a call from a customer whose basement we waterproofed six years ago. But there wasn't a problem - the opposite, in fact. The basement was still dry and comfortable, and they were in the process of finishing it. They wanted us to do the flooring since we'd worked with them before and had a better selection of flooring products than standard carpet. We were able to install a combination of carpet and regular tiles, both of which are water-resistant, to meet the needs of the different areas of the basement.

ThermalDry floor tiles are unique for many reasons. They give the appearance and feel of carpet with the convenience of removable interlocking tiles (in the event of spills, etc). They also sit on raised plastic pegs to allow airflow, which lets water vapor evaporate and creates a thermal break that makes the floor's surface 10 degrees warmer than the concrete.
