Over the years, Darrin's home began accumulating more water in the crawl space. He decided to contact us at Ayers Basement Systems and have an inspection conducted. Our crew determined that water was seeping through various areas in the foundation, and a few products were suggested. Darrin proceeded with the installation, and our crew got to work!

Conducting an Inspection

Installing our CleanSpace Liner

Darrin opted to install the CleanSpace system. This system utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner, creating a moisture barrier. Any water leaking through the foundation drains behind the liner and into the sump pump!

Eliminating the Moisture

Our team at Ayers suggested installing the SaniDry dehumidifier to combat the moisture. This unit is 10x more capable than an average dehumidifier and will eliminate all humidity. Any water this system catches will drain directly into the sump pump shown!

Eliminating the Last Place of Leaks

The pre-existing entrance was one of the locations where water was seeping into the crawl space. Darrin opted to install the Turtl entrance to provide a watertight seal. Darrin was thrilled with the transformation of his home!
