An Ayers Specialist determined that water was leaking through an egress window and areas in the foundation. While Patrick did have a sump pump in his basement, the water from the leaks was not draining to the pump. Patrick opted to have various systems installed to eliminate the leaks permanently!

Installing the FlexiSpan System

The team at Ayers suggested the FlexiSpan System for under the egress windows. The FlexiSpan System seals any cracks in the foundation, allowing a waterproof liner to then be applied. Any water leaking through the window will go behind the liner and to the drain in the floor!

WaterGuard System

Patrick opted to install the WaterGuard System for his basement. WaterGuard is a French Drain System that sits below the basement floor and above the home's footing. Any water leaking into the basement will be captured and funneled toward the sump pump!

Finishing Touches

The crew covered the drain once the WaterGuard system was set and hooked to the sump pump. The drain is out of sight and out of the mud zone so that it won't get clogged! Patrick was happy that he longer needed to clean water up!
