An Ayers Systems Design Specialist conducted a review and determined that water was seeping through the corners of the basement. Inspecting the Home

Water was leaking into the home as watermarks were prevalent. The corner above was where most of the water was leaking into the basement. Installing WaterGuard would permanently resolve this issue!

Implementing the WaterGuard System

WaterGuard is a French Drain System that sits below the basement floor and above the home's footing. This drain sits out of the mud zone, meaning it won't get clogged and cause issues down the road! Any water that seeps down the foundation walls will be caught by this drain and funneled into a sump pump!

Installing the TripleSafe Unit

Mary and Mike opted to install TripleSafe for its maximum security! TripleSafe houses a primary and secondary pump that is very efficient and will aid each other if there is an issue or too much water. Additionally, a third pump is installed into the liner, which is attached to an external battery. In a power outage, the third pump will turn on and begin pumping water out of the home!

Covering the Systems

Once the TripleSafe and WaterGuard systems were installed, the crew could finalize the job! Cement was filled over the top of the systems to leave the area looking better than before! Mary and Mike were thrilled they had found a solution to their home and that everything looked fantastic!
