Here is a look at Jon's basement prior to our waterproofing installations. You can see the water damage on the floor from the water intrusion issues he was having. Our systems will take care of this pesky problem.
WaterGuard System Solves Wall Leaks
The WaterGuard is a below-floor drainage system that will take care of the water creeping in through his basement walls. We place it on top of the footing of the foundation to prevent clogging and along the perimeter of the basement. It gets hooked to the sump pump to direct the water there. To finish the job we conceal it with concrete which will dry and blend with the space.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System Keeps Water off the Floor
The TripleSafe consists of not just one but 3 sump pumps that team up to get rid of excess water leaking in. The first pump will do the main work with this, the second is there for backup, and the third is battery-operated so it will turn on when the power fails. This handy, efficient system fits in one durable liner and will keep the water off Jon's floor!
Basement to Beautiful Panels
Our crew decided to add Basement to Beautiful Panels since they are great for insulation and they utilize inorganic materials they will not grow mold. If desired Jon can add other wall paneling over it to fit his home's scheme more in the future.
IceGuard Added to the Exterior Discharge Lines
We made the call to add IceGuard to his exterior discharge lines because this is an antifreeze fitting that uses its slotted openings to eject water. It ejects any excess water to ensure the lines don't freeze or clog in harsh weather.
