Dawn was looking to find a permanent resolution to these pesky water leaks that would show up in her basement after heavy rainfall. She decided Ayers would be the best option for her and gave us a call. We sent a crew out to inspect her basement and it was determined we should install our SuperSump Plus, WaterGuard System, and our SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier.

WaterGuard System Installation

Here we have an inside look at the WaterGuard installation process. This is a sub-floor drainage system that will collect water and dirt and keep it away from your foundation. Instead its flow will be directed toward your sump pump system.

WaterGuard System Finished Look

Concrete is poured over the drainage system to conceal it. Regular flooring can be installed over the concrete if you desire as well. The gray port pictured here as well is there for making service quick and easy. This is called our WaterGuard Port.

SuperSump Plus

This is our SuperSump Plus which can pump 2200 gallons of water an hour at an 8 foot head. This sump pump will help take care of the water leak troubles.

SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier

Next we installed our SaniDry XP which will clean and dry the air. This will protect your basement from gross mold development! It is also ten times more powerful than regular dehumidifiers.
