Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing System Protects Mattawan, MI Home from Water Leaks

Diana called up Ayers to take a look at her basement when she noticed the water leaks she was having in her basement were making her carpet wet. She was tired of her belongings getting wet and wanted a permanent solution so we sent a crew for inspection. Ayers System Design Specialist determined she could use our WaterGuard System, our Triple Safe Sump Pump System, and even our IceGuard for more protection!

Before Waterproofing

Here you can see the water damage in Diana's basement. This was taken prior to the waterproofing installations which will take care of these troublesome issues for her!

WaterGuard Installation Process

This is an inside look at the installation process of the WaterGuard System. This is a sub-floor drainage system that collects water and keeps it away from your foundation. The water is redirected to your sump system. Concrete will be poured over this next.

WaterGuard Complete

Pictured here is the WaterGuard System after concrete was poured over top to conceal it. If you want you can have regular flooring installed over this as well. The gray port pictured is the WaterGuard Port which makes service inspections quick and easy.

TripleSafe for Water Leaks

Next we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which is a three pump system that fits in one sturdy liner. The 3 pumps collect water and are covered with an airtight lid that prevents water from evaporating into the basement. The last pump is even battery-operated so it will turn on if your power goes out.

IceGuard Adds Protection

IceGuard was the last installation and it is a great addition to protect your home. The IceGuard will ensure your sump pump discharge lines don't clog or freeze which is especially useful in the cold weather!
