Before Crawl Space Renovation
Here is Lisa's crawl space prior to Ayers installations. She needed a trustworthy system here to ensure her belongings stay dry.
After CleanSpace
This photo was taken during the installation of our CleanSpace System. This consists of a thick durable plastic liner with a vapor barrier property that protects against excess moisture development. This moisture could lead to mold or bacteria growth which could in turn rot your wooden support framework.
Drainage Matting for Water Leak Protection
This is our Drainage Matting being installed under the CleanSpace liner. The dimpled mat catches water and channels it to your drainage system as it is directed to your sump pump system.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Next we had the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier installed. This system will remove water from the air and then circulate the now dry air throughout the crawl space to ensure the air remains dry.
Triplesafe Sump Pump System for Water Leaks
The Triplesafe is made of three pumps that fit in one liner. The first keeps most of the water out, the second is there for backup or assistance, the last pump is battery-operated so it will turn on in the event the power goes out.
SmartJack for Support
Lastly, SmartJack was installed to put a holt to any sagging floors. The floors above Lisa's crawl space were cracked as they are easily vulnerable. Due to the soil and moisture in your crawl space, these floors are susceptible to issues like these that can lead to pesky water leaks. The SmartJack is made up of steel columns, threaded rods, and a solid base that addresses such sagging floors.

This is the final look after these systems were installed. Lisa is thrilled to have these trustworthy, long-lasting systems installed so she can remain worry-free about water leaking into her crawl space!
