Before Waterproofing
As you can see here, Phil was having some serious water intrusion issues in his basement. The waterproofing systems we installed will take care of this so there will be no more pools of water.
WaterGuard Installation Process
This is the WaterGuard which is a drainage system that catches water and dirt, keeping it away from your foundation. It is installed in the sub-floor of your basement on top of the footing of the foundation. This is the WaterGuard before concrete is poured over top.
WaterGuard System Finished Look
This is the finished look of the WaterGuard System after concrete was poured over top. Concrete is poured over the drainage system to conceal it and if you want you can even have regular flooring installed over this as well. The gray port pictured here also, is our WaterGuard Port. This is there to make future service inspections quick and easy!
TripleSafe Sump Pump System Protects from Water Leaks
Next, we installed the TriplesSafe which has three pumps that fit in one liner. The first pump gets out most of the water, the second is there for backup in case more help is needed or the first fails, the last pump is battery-operated which comes in handy for power outages.
IceGuard Protects Discharge Lines
Last of all we installed our IceGuard which prevents wintertime freeze-up of discharge lines. This product is installed outside of your home and will eject any water away from your foundation in the case that the sump pump discharge lines become clogged or if they freeze in cold weather.
