Helical Piers
To help the home's sinking foundation Randy installed Helical piers. Helical Piers are a tool trusted by Ayers due to their non-intrusive nature compared to other foundational repair systems. The piers are long screw-shaped drives that are driven deep under the home at an angle. The drives keep going till they pass the weak soil and find new firm ground. The tops of the piers are capped with load-bearing caps that provide a flat surface for the home to rest upon.
GeoLock
The cracks and bowing in the walls required a corrective tool known ad Geolock. Randy and his team install the tool to correct the wall over time. GeoLock Anchors fix this issue by pulling the wall back into place. GeoLock is installed by excavating the ground around the perimeter of the home. Anchors are placed along the outside of the now exposed basement walls and held in place with steel drives. On the other side of the wall, a large metal plate is aligned with the anchor and bolted together. The bolt is tightened till constant pressure is pulling the wall into place. Geolock is considered a permeate solution, not only correcting walls but keeping them from sliding back out of place too.
CarbonArmor
To help correct the walls overtime, Randy and his team installed Carbon Armor strips. CarbonArmor permanently stabilizes foundational walls. Using a fiber-reinforcement polymer, which is as strong as steel yet 10 times more flexible, the strips adhere to the wall and stiffen over time. CarbonArmor works best when the problem is caught early, and sadly does not seal away water.
WaterGuard
Randy noticed that the home's pump was not strong enough to handle the water yield of the home alone. To help bolster the pump, Randy and his team installed a WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is a system of draining channels that are connected to the home's sump pump. The channels are installed under the foundational floor and covered with poured concrete, making it invisible to the naked eye. The channels lead to an outlet pipe that takes the water far away from the home's foundation, depositing the water in a safe location.
TripleSafe
The home's original sump pump was not up to par. In order to ensure the home had a working pump powerful enough to keep up with the water flow Randy and his team installed a TripleSafe pump. TripleSafe is a trusted sump pump at Ayers due to its three levels of security. The first level is a powerful motor that has a high water capacity. The second level of security is a reserve motor that activates if the water surpasses a certain level on the initial motor. The third level of security is a backup battery that only activates if the home losses power.
