Paul has recently retired and wants a home the entire family can enjoy. The home is next to a lake so the family can have the best of land and water. Paul wanted to renovate and update everything including his draining system. Paul contacted Ayers and allowed our resident foreman to perform an inspection. Understanding Paul's goals as a homeowner, Bruce drafted a list of treatments that would allow Paul to enjoy his golden years. Bruce prescribed a new TipleSafe sump pump, IceGuard modifications, and a CleanSpace lining to make sure the home is better equipped.

Protective Lining for Crawlspace

Moisture in the home is very dangerous. Moisture invites organisms that consume organic material like the material found in most homes supportive works. To protect the rim joist and crawl space of a home Bruce and his team fitted Paul's home with CleanSpace lining. CleanSpace is an antimicrobial lining that is placed on each flat surface of the affected area. It provides a protective barrier that repels all moisture and insulates the home's supportive works.

Equipping the Draining System for Winter

When installing Paul's new sump pump, Bruce added an attachment to the pipes to help the system run uninterrupted. Bruce attached an IceGuard modification that prevents ice build-up. Home often experience consistent seasonal damage due to the draining system being ill-equipped for cold weather. IceGuard allows the flow to remain consistent, breaking up any collection of ice. Iceguard does not require additional power, making it a frequently used solution by Ayers.

New SumpPump for home Improvement

To start Paul's retirement off right, Bruce and his team fitted his home with a new sump pump. Bruce and all Ayers teams use the TripleSafe pump due to its three levels of security. The first level is a powerful motor that has a higher capacity than many available. The second level is a reserve motor that only activates if the water surpasses a certain level. The final level of security is a backup battery that activates if the home loses power.
