WaterGuard
To help manage the overflow of water, Bruce and his team installed a WaterGuard draining system into the home's basement. The draining system consists of channels dug into the foundational masonry and covered by the flooring. If/when water overflows past the sump pumps, these channels divert the extra water to a port that leads far away from the home
TripleSafe
More often than not a reliable sump pump is what makes or breaks a basement's flooding problem. Bruce along with every Ayers foreman has their team use TripleSafe sump pumps to ensure the home's pump system never gets over worked. The pump has three levels to ensure the water levels remain managed. The first precaution is the powerful main motor, the strongest available. The second level of safety is a backup motor that activates should the water overtake the initial engine. The final level of safety is the reserve batteries that active if the home ever loses power. With this pump and the WaterGuard channels, there is no way for the water to penetrate the home without being immediately managed.
Dehumidifier
Moisture is a major risk to a home's health. Water invites mold that eats organic material like the wood found in foundational supports. If the wood supports are too broken down, the entire structure could be compromised. not only is the structure at risk, but the home's residents are also in danger. The mold spores can infect respratory systems, leading to major health complications. These are all avoided by treating the area with a powerful dehumidifiers like the one used by Bruce and his team. The system is left on the entire time Ayers works on the basement.
