Bill called our team because he could not keep water out of his basement. He was tired of dealing with water intrusion and wanted us to waterproof his space. Our team installed WaterGuard, TripleSafe, IceGuard and the CleanSpace Wall System. WaterGuard is a basement drainage system that catches any leakage from higher walls or floors before it reaches your basement floor. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that can handle the highest pumping demands. IceGuard is a sump pump discharge line system that allows water to leave even when the discharge line is frozen. Lastly, the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System prevents any water intrusion by acting as a vapor and moisture barrier by using a poly sheet material.

TripleSafe Installed in Bill's Basement to Prevent Flooding

This is an image of TripleSafe, the sump pump system that we installed in Bill's basement. TripleSafe has three pumps and one of them is battery-powered in order to prevent flooding even during power outages.

IceGuard Installation to Prevent Flooding During Freezing Temperatures

This image shows the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System. Even when the line is frozen or snow is piled up high, water is still able to leave. So Bill will no longer have to worry about his line being backed up.

CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System Installation

Our team installed the CleanSpace Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. It is stain resistant and waterproof and leaves Bill with a clean look.
