Joyce's crawl space was flooded so she called our team. She wanted to waterproof her crawl space, so we installed CleanSpace, TripleSafe, SaniDry and we insulated her rim joists. All of these items will prevent Joyce's crawl space from flooding. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that will restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering her crawl space. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is able to handle the highest pumping demands. The SaniDry Dehumidifier is ten times more effective than regular dehumidifiers. Lastly, insulating rim joists seals off the cracks surrounding them and prevents any water from leaking in.
