Connie called us with a concern about moisture in her basement. Our team determined that moisture had previously been present in her basement and that we needed to waterproof it with WaterGuard. Connie also need a new sump pump because her previous one was no longer funtional. The sump pump is supposed to pump water that gathers in her basement outside her home, but with it not working properly and no WaterGuard there was no way for water to get out properly. Our team installed a Triple safe Sump pump to replace her old one. The Triple Safe has a backup battery that has an alarm if it ever malfuntions.

The WaterGuard is what collect moisture before it can become standing water. It usually is constructed on the edge of your basement and lead directly to the sump pump.

The Triple Safe sump pump gets its name because it has 2 pump and a 3rd backup pump that is battery powered in case of a power outage.

The Triple Safe battery works as a backup plan for your home in case of a power outage or if the sump pump becomes overwhelmed and needs the 3rd pump.
