Water Damage
Another photo showing the water that was seeping into the homeowners basement.
Cross Tile Step One
We start the cross tile installation by removing concrete and digging a shallow trench.
PVC Pipes Installed
The cross tile is put in place throughout the basement.
Cross Tile Leads to Sump Pump
All the cross tiles installed in the homeowners basement lead to the sump pump in order for the water to be effectively removed from the home.
Drainage Stone
The system is leveled and the drainage stones are put in place around the pipes to facilitate water flow into the system. The stones also prevent the system from becoming clogged.
WaterGuard Installed
The WaterGuard longlasting interior perimeter drainage system, against the wall, was also installed. The Waterguard system will catch and floor or wall seepage and direct that water directly to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Finished Product
The cross tile pvc system was covered with a layer of concrete for a clean and finished look. WaterGuard drainage system and the cross tile pvc system ensure a clean and dry basement for the homeowner!
