Water Damaged Basement
The water from the underground spring that the house was sitting on caused water damage on the basement floor.
More Damage in the Basement!
This picture shows more water damage on the basement floor due to the pooling water.
The Original Sump Pump
This is the original sump pump the owner had before our team installed the Triple Safe sump pump. This sump pump was not effectively removing the water from the basement.
TripleSafe Sump Pump!
Our TripleSafe sump pump has three sump pumps in one for triple protection! The first pump will remove water very effectively. The second pump will be there for you in case the first pump fails. Finally, the third pump is equipped with batteries so it will be there for you if the power goes out!
Cross Tile Installation Begins
The first step of the cross tile installation process by removing the concrete and digging a shallow trench.
Direct Line to Sump Pump
The system will be installed through the middle of the basement floor and end directly at the sump pump so water can be carried to the pump and removed from the home. This picture shows the drainage system leading to where the sump pump will be.
PVC Assembled
The cross tile is put in place throughout the basement.
Drainage Stones
The drainage stone was added around the pipes to facilitate water flow into the system and prevent clogging.
Fill in With Concrete
The last step of the cross tile installation is to put concrete over the system. The basement is dry and protected from the underground spring that the house is sitting on top of!
