In order to waterproof our customer’s basement, we decided to install our WaterGuard system, Iceguard, the Lawnscape Outlet, and our Triple Safe sump pump.

This is the sump pump the customer had already installed in their basement when we arrived. Unfortunately, none of the water that was seeping into the basement was able to make it to the sump pump to be pumped out.

The basement floors, as is, provide no way for the water to be pumped out. If water is coming in from the walls and falling to the floor, over time it will ruin your flooring.

Our team is preparing to install FloodRing around the water heater. This ring is installed and sealed to the floor and guides any water heater leakage to the perimeter WaterGuard system and then to the Triple Safe sump pump to be drained out your basement.

Newly Installed Triple Safe Sump Pump

Triple Safe is our top-of-the-line sump pump that has 3 pumps in one liner. The first 2 pumps are engineered to work together to efficiently and quickly pump out large amounts of water leaking into your basement. The third pump is a battery operated pump, it ensures if there is a power outage you don't have to worry about whether or not your basement will be dry the next day.

Iceguard Protection in the Winter

With all the work we put into keeping your basement dry Iceguard helps bring it all together in those cold winter months. We know our discharge lines are going to freeze, but we don't want that water being pumped out to back up back into our basement. Iceguard helps prevent that. It is specifically engineered to automatically eject the water away from the exterior wall of your home in the event the discharge lines are frozen.

Burying Discharge Lines in Battle Creek, MI

Our team is burying the discharge lines outside the home. The Lawnscape Outlet allows us to do this. Lawnscape is a drain placed at the end of the discharge lines that allows your downspout water to escape with virtually no pitch. It keeps your yard looking great because you don't have to have those discharge lines lying around.
