Our Spring Arbor customers called us in efforts to prevent water issues and put a stop to the water currently residing in their basement. Our solution? WaterGuard. This French drain system sits below the floor and above the foundation footing, collecting the water that drains down from your basement walls. WaterGuard guides this collected water right into your sump pump, leaving no room for leakage.

If we want to implement WaterGuard (which, we do), the floor needs to be removed along the perimeter of the basement and, in this case, in other diagonal paths leading to the sump pump.

Concrete to Seal the Deal

Following the actual installment of the full WaterGuard system, new concrete is poured into the areas that were drilled out, leveling out the basement floor, once again.
