Unsightly Sump Area
There is evidence of water surrounding the sump pump prior to installation of a solution from Ayers.
Carving Out Floor for WaterGuard
If we want to implement WaterGuard (which, we do), the floor needs to be removed along the perimeter of the basement and, in this case, in other diagonal paths leading to the sump pump.
Stones Galore!
At this point, we lay down drainage stones to filter water and prevent backups.
Concrete to Seal the Deal
Following the actual installment of the full WaterGuard system, new concrete is poured into the areas that were drilled out, leveling out the basement floor, once again.
Project WaterGuard: Complete
After the concrete has dried, the installation is finished! The basement is now clean and dry.
