Piping That Sits on Top of The Footing

No More Frozen Discharge Lines
IceGuard attaches to your discharge line's outlet to prevent snow and ice from blocking the line. This way water can escape, and won't get back up and freeze inside the line.
The King of Sump Pumps
TripleSafe has 3 pumps within the liner, including one that's battery operated, so even if the power goes out, water will still be pumped out of the basement.
Open Floor/Wall Joint
Once WaterGuard is installed, only a small opening at the bottom of the wall is visible. This space allows water from wall leaks to drain directly into the piping below.
Discharge Line
Once the sump pump directs water out of the basement, it makes its way through a discharge line. This line is buried and directed way away from the home, and the water escapes through the LawnScape outlet.
