WaterGuard System Filters Water Outside of the Home

The WaterGuard system is used to waterproof a basement by capturing any water leakage in a home and filtering it into the pipe, which will then exit into the sump pump. The system is installed around the perimeter of the basement and is placed on top of the footing to prevent the pipe from getting clogged with dirt or debris.

Effective SuperSump Sump Pump System

A SuperSump is an effective sump pump that works directly with the WaterGuard system to ensure any water in your basement is pumped outside of the home. The system has an airtight lid to prevent any water in the sump from evaporating into your home, brining more moisture with it. It also includes a drain in the top of the lid that allows water to enter it in case of a flood and a pump alarm that will sound if the pump is unable to keep up.

Battle Frozen Discharge Lines With IceGuard

When a discharge line becomes blocked by snow and ice during the winter, the sump pump is unable to exit water from the basement leaving water in the pipe causing it to freeze. The IceGuard system is installed at the end of a discharge line that allows water to automatically flow out of your home through specially designed holes even if the pipe is frozen- making sure the water does not re-enter your home causing a flood.
