Basement Wall
While the wall looks dry, it sneakily lets in water whenever it rains. That's where WaterGuard comes into play...
WaterGuard
This drainage system sits on top of the footing of the foundation collecting wall leaks. Since it doesn't sit along the footing, it won't get clogged with mud.
SuperSump Pump
Once the water is collected from the WaterGuard System, it's routed to the SuperSump. The pump then automatically discharges the water out of the basement and away from the home.
Finished WaterGuard
Once WaterGuard is installed, it looks as though it couldn't possibly do much. While it's hard to see, there's a small opening along the perimeter of the room at the where the wall meets the floor, and its this small opening that immediately accepts water in case the wall leaks, preventing it from making it to the rest of the floor.
IceGuard on Discharge Line
In order to prevent freezing discharge lines, IceGuard was installed. This fitting also prevents snow and ice from clogging the line, so water can always exit the basement, even in the cold winter months.
SunHouse Window Well Cover
This window well cover prevents debris, rainwater and gutter overflow from entering the well and potentially the basement.
