Carol D. called because she had large puddles of standing water taking over her basement. She did not have a sump pump or any sort of waterproofing system to eliminate the water from entering or drain any existing water out of her home. Our crew decided to install WaterGuard and a TrenchDrain to collect any water leaks. We also installed a SuperSump sump pump that attached to the drainage systems to gather the water and pump it out of the basement. The IceGuard and LawnScape systems were also installed to ensure water leakage would efficiently exit the basement.

Trench Drain Collects Water Coming In From Doorwall

A Trench Drain is installed to catch any water from outside that could leak inside through the door. The drain has large openings to collect all of the water that is entering and is easily incorporated into the WaterGuard system to make sure the water can exit into the sump pump efficiently.

WaterGuard Installed to Keep Basement Dry

WaterGuard is installed around the interior perimeter of a basement to ensure any water leakage will filter into the pipe and exit into the sump pump.

SuperSump Goes Hand in Hand With WaterGuard

A SuperSump sump pump is directly connected to the WaterGuard system to make sure any source of water is collected and drained into the sump pump and discharged outside of your home.

IceGuard Insures Frozen Pipes Will Still Discharge Water

IceGuard is installed at the end of a discharge line that leads the water outside of your home. The system ensures water will automatically flow out of the holes even if the pipe is frozen, rather then re-entering your home.
