Our customer called after purchasing a home that had a constantly flooded basement. The flooding started right after she made her first house payment (of course) and she was at her wit's end trying to figure out what to do in the partially finished basement that was slowly getting ruined. Luckily, she called us, and we were able to take care of the problem with a full perimeter system of WaterGuard below-floor drain, a new sump pump, and a window well duct drain to take care of a leaky window. We also replaced the bottom portion of the finished walls that had been destroyed by the flooding.
