Basement in Lansing, MI is Now a Dry Storage Space
Challenge
This homeowner had a basement that leaked water during many heavy rains. He needed his basement dry for storage room and for the re-sale value of the home. His major concern was keeping the entire basement dry. The bulkhead was a serious issue that leaked a lot and also needed to be treated.
Solution
Ken Breitner, our Project Manager, met with the customer to discuss and inspect his basement. Together they developed a solution which included a full perimeter WaterGuard System with TrenchDrain at the bulkhead that was installed by our crew, led by Foreman Nelson Deford. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain collect ground water seepage and direct it to a new SuperSump pump system. The SuperSump pumps the water outside. This system will maintain a dry basement so the customer can store his items in the basement with confidence.
