I cannot say enough positive things about our experience as a whole with Ayers. Everyone was great to work with, and the finished product is amazing. We can use our basement again without fear of being flooded out. The crew working on our basement was great and did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know who needs work done. Thanks

The only office staff I worked with was the people on the phone. They were prompt, helpful and professional.

Sales Process

He was very nice, laid back (professional but because he was confident in what he was doing and selling it showed and because he was relaxed, knowledgeable and confident in the product he was selling it made it easy to trust his opinions and trust in the product.) He was very easy to talk to and discuss options in what we wanted to have done and our finances.

Our Installation Crew

These guys were amazing!!! Highly professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely hard workers. Very polite and respectful of our home. Walked my husband through everything that they were doing, and why. Everyone warned us that it was going to be pretty dusty since they had to jackhammer a long stretch of concrete. So I was expecting the same as when we had drywall put in or worse. But Terry and his crew were so efficient that there was really no dust to speak of. The job turned out to be a bit harder than originally expected (since they had to tunnel under a bathtub not knowing where the pluming was. They were so apologetic that the whole job wasn't completed in one day and they would need to come back. They cleaned up and then made arrangements and came back on their day off in order to finish the work! Are you kidding me! You just don't see that level of service and commitment anymore. We were highly impressed by these guys. The work they did was amazing and looks great. We can finally start putting our basement back together.

The Cleanup Process

They did a great job cleaning up. At one point it was like having an indoor pool, and now its a basement again.

What made you choose our company:

We had three different companies come out and take a look at our basement and offer what they thought would be best in order for them to fix the problem. One company had a neat demo of what they wanted to spray on the outside walls to waterproof. But they wanted a lot of money for what seemed to be a highly flawed product. As they were going to be sticking a wand in the ground blindly so they couldn't guarantee the product even went were it was supposed to and didn't just hit a rock. Also since it was going around the exterior walls, what about the floor of the basement. The pressure would still all be there and may not come through the walls themselves but wouldn't it just push up through the floor.... the next company had a similar plan as what we ended up doing, but he did not seem very knowledgeable and when we asked questions he just seemed to be pulling answers out of a hat and not really knowing what he was talking about. The way he wanted to run the system just seemed ....well not very well thought out.

The staff at Ayers was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had answers to our questions, and the products to back them up. They were willing to take the time to walk us through what we could do and not push things we didn't need or want. Thanks.
