Sales Process
Sales person did not fully explain that water would be heard dumping into another line from house to outside pipe - also drain is not buried as told but on top of the middle of my yard. Pictures would have helped or return phone call when I reached out. I am concerned about the winter months and water freezing.
Our Installation Crew
Crew came out in 90 degree weather in middle of afternoon - they were wonderful despite the conditions!
