They knew exactly what I was talking about, and sent an experienced employee to our home to assess what was needed to fix our problem - permanently!!!
He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I could easily understand.
A two man crew who worked extremely well together, they hardly needed to speak to one another! They knew their role and never missed a beat until the job was complete. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn't observe any wasted trips to their work vehicle.
All waste material was removed both inside and out, and the basement floor was swept and rinsed.
