The call before arrival was helpful.
We did a significant amount of mopping of the stairs and basement floor after they finished. I know construction is messy, but at least a paper stair runner would have been helpful.
What made you choose our company:
We've worked with Ayers several times in the past and been pleased with the results. Since we've had significant water problems with our basement, we were very hesitant about egress windows. Ben took the time to watch my video of water pouring over the top of the Ayers-installed window mitigation systems into our basement like a waterfall. He explained the process to us in detail and reassured us that the windows should not cause us to once again have water problems.
