Matt Wetzel did a good job in talking with us on the process for Waterproofing our basement and crawl space. We had some questions for him that he couldn't answer immediately, but did some additional research and came back to us with a good recommendation.
I believe that Nick Wolf as our Job Foreman was outstanding! He and his crew of Joel, DKwan and Ammeer worked very hard and were respectful. I asked a question on further drainage that would help waterproof our crawl space. Nick gave me his opinion, plus asked Matt Wetzel to come and reassess, who also agreed. While it cost us more to do this additional crawl space work, we believe it will be worth it in the long run.
What made you choose our company:
We had heard a good reference about Ayers from Kurt's Appliance Center in St. Johns and other friends who used Ayers Basement Systems. We saw their TV commercials and made the call. Also, I was impressed with all of the optional energy efficiency measures and energy waste reduction items that were available from Ayers. Saving on my utility bills in addition to the waterproofing of finished basement and crawl space was very important to me.
