I got 3 different estimates for waterproofing my basement. Ayer's price fell in the middle of the three. It was practical, and the plan didn't burden me with a lot of things I didn't want. Plus, of the three salesman I showed my basement to, your salesman Ty, was the only one who realized I had a weak point in my basement floor near my utility sink, under the utility room rug.
